为使所有凯莱员工感受集团旗下不同酒店产品的特色与文化，增强员工的凝聚力和归属感，现特规定凯莱集团内部员工休假期间入住集团下属酒店享受消费优惠的标准。
With the purpose of providing different Gloria brands and culture experiences, strengthening the employees’ cohesive forces and the sense of belonging, this regulation is to standardize the privilege, which all full-time employees can enjoy when they stay at any Gloria Hotels & Resorts during their vacation.
1.本规定适用于所有任职于凯莱集团总部或在凯莱集团官网上列出并可查询房间价格的酒店的员工（官网网址：www.gloriahotels.com)，且该员工在本酒店已连续工作满一年。
This policy is applicable to all regular employees who have completed more than 12 consecutive months of employment at Gloria Hotels & Resorts corporate office or official website listed hotels.
2.下述“标准”只限员工本人，或与其直系亲属同行，且每次最多可入住两个“优惠价格”的房间。
The following “standard” is only for employee and immediate family members, and maximum of two rooms per time.
3.员工在每个日历年内最多可获十个使用“优惠价格”的房晚。
Maximum of Ten (10) nights in calendar year.
4.所有享受此消费优惠的员工，应根据酒店经营业务的需要，避开客流高峰期。
ALL employees who enjoyed the consumption privilege should avoid the peak season of passenger flow according to the business need of the hotel.
5.本规定未涉及处，其消费优惠标准应以该酒店的规定为准。
The consumption privilege criterion that this rule is not refereed to, the provisions of the hotel is prevailing.
6.出租率超过70%时，酒店可根据实际情况不接受预订。
Hotel reserves the right not to accept any reservation request should forecast occupancy be above 70%。
7.加床费用须按酒店标准另行支付。
Extra bed fee should be paid at hotel’s prevailing rate.
8.最终实施价格以提交订单当日官网价格为折扣基础价。
The final discounted price is based on the Gloria official website price of the day when the hotel has receive the order form.
9.“优惠价格”仅限在职的凯莱旗下酒店员工或与其同行的直系亲属使用，不得转售，一经发现不符合使用规则，将取消员工的预定及预订资格。
The following “standard” is only for the in-service employee and immediate family members. It is not for resale. If it is found that it does not conform to the use rules, the reservation and reservation qualification of the staff will be cancelled.
10.预定成功后，入住当天18:00（当地酒店时间)之前取消预订不会收费，18:00之后取消预订或未入住，酒店不再保留预定，并收取首晚房费，该员工通过酒店提供的对公账户付清所产生的No Show费用。
Following a successful booking, no cancellation fees will be incurred if the reservation is cancelled prior to 18:00 (local hotel time) on the day of check-in. Should the reservation be cancelled after 18:00 or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will not retain the reservation and will charge the fee for the first night's accommodation. The employee will settle the No Show fee via the corporate account designated by the hotel.
